X launched a Job Listings Feature with Over 750K Jobs Available in the App

At the beginning of the New Year, X comes with exciting opportunities for people who are looking for new career opportunities. Through a post on the application, the X team announced that there are 750,000 job roles posted on the app.

The opening of such a huge career list will bring a lot of opportunities for growth for the application. On the other hand, it will bring career opportunities for talents and specialists from different industries.

The job listings on business profiles were first launched back in August by the X. This job listing is currently a feature of the platform’s Verification for Organizations package. It costs $1000 per month or $200 monthly in a new scaled-down arrangement.

This Verification for Organizations package system did not come to see with a big overall take-up. However, the company has also gifted the package to many of the top ad partners on the application for the sake of sparking more interest. And now, hundreds of thousands of open roles are available to search in the app for the early partners who are warmed to the option.

It’s fairly a good boost or jump in activities from the plenty of companies that X declared had listed vacant roles back in September. Well, there is no clear evidence of how many businesses or brands have signed up for a gold checkmark in the application. However, it has been reported that many are taking up the opportunity to extend the outreach of their candidates across the platform or application.

Critics stated that it should not be a big surprise for the users as many of them have already been making connections professionally on the apps for years. And, for now, formalizing the opportunity with proper job listings is a somewhat logical step.

Now, the point of discussion is what will be the success rate for hiring through X. On the other hand, it will also be the point to examine whether candidates find it a better or worse experience, compared to other apps.

If the analysis is positive or users appreciate the feature, it will bring more business outreach opportunities for the X in the future. It has been noted that X does not charge for the hiring feature as it is an integral part of its verification program of the golden checkmark.

However, as more businesses will use this feature, it will work as a promotional activity for the Verification of Business system. It may help X to get more organizations or businesses to sign up.
