LinkedIn Sales Navigator Gets Smarter With New AI Search Capabilities

LinkedIn is adding some additional AI-powered capabilities and continues to lean as the world’s largest professional network with more than 930 million members introduced a Generative Artificial intelligence (GAI) to assist professionals in making the most of the platform. With these new features, sellers will identify the proper leads, engage with them, and develop connections more quickly.

In order to make B2B marketing more human than ever before, GAI can facilitate new ways of working that emphasize the importance of people-centric skills. This will help sellers create more meaningful connections with customers and prospects, enabling them to build trust and loyalty. This, in turn, will lead to increased sales and profitability.

Sales Navigator is one of the most used features and people love to search as it provides up-to-date results from a worldwide community. LinkedIn’s first new element is the “Filter with AI” table which will be displayed on the Sales Navigator screen’s left side.

Linkedin announced:

“Today, we’re building on our AI foundations and reimagining how sellers can use Sales Navigator with a pilot of two new GAI features – AI-assisted search and Account IQ – that make account research and lead prospecting more effective”.

Think of it for a second, how simple and easy it is just to write a prompt and the AI automatically searches the right filter and delivers the actual results that unlock new ease in seller’s lead identification workflows. This new feature might provide a cue to look for previous clients who made purchases from the seller’s business in the past, as they might be more likely to do so in their new position at a different business.

Additionally, LinkedIn is introducing a brand new “Account IQ” feature that will also use GAI to compile summaries of crucial data on potential contacts.

“Instead of having to search for information across many different places, with one click, sellers can use Account IQ to understand key highlights about an account in a single view. This can include information from public filing data and financial reports, to our unique LinkedIn insights about workforce trends and what’s top-of-mind for company leaders”.

With Sales Navigator first introduced a revolutionized B2B selling emerged as creators can Identify, understand, and engage with the right prospects. Now with generative AI, businesses will have an in-depth analysis with new opportunities for search parameters.

In this initial test, these two new GAI features for Sales Navigator are only accessible to a limited number of customers in North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. More information will be shared as the Sales Navigator experience is improved, so stay tuned.
